We stayed for three nights over Christmas and it was a great experience. The hotel had a handicraft market with live music on Fridays, which was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Thai dishes and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Also, the location was convenient being within walking distance of a shopping center and a short tuk-tuk ride from the night market.
The swimming pool was quite small and not very inviting. Additionally, the rooms had some maintenance issues, such as one air-con not being cold and some mold in the shower area. However, overall it was a good value for the price and we would consider staying there again.

Loved the flexible seating arrangements in the meeting rooms, perfect for organizing a game of musical chairs. The Lanna Fusion Restaurant served a fusion of Italian and northern Thai cuisines, because who doesn't want spaghetti with a side of pad thai? The minimalist design of the hotel's architecture was great, I felt like I was staying in a high-end prison.
The laundry service was superb, they magically lost one of my dresses and charged me an arm and a leg for it. How thoughtful of them.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in finding transportation options that suited my budget and needs. The pool area was lovely, and I enjoyed spending time in the courtyard outside my room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and the food was delicious. the service at this hotel was top-notch.
I noticed that the hotel seemed less crowded and the occupancy rate may have been low during my stay. However, this did not affect my experience in any negative way.

The hotel's decoration has a lovely blend of traditional Thai Lanna and modern style, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. The general areas, such as the terrace and garden, are well-maintained and provide a peaceful setting for relaxation. The hotel is also easily accessible for senior people, with amenities and facilities designed to accommodate their needs.
It would have been nice to have more assistance from the children working there to ensure a better vacation experience for senior people.
